Despite the location in a ugly area of the city, it becomes strategic because it's near the bus station and touristic downtown.

There was no hairdryer in the bathroom, despite the hotel being rated as four stars hotel.

The Night staff at the front desk were awesome, very friendly and nice with all the guests.

The morning person who cheked me in wasn't on a good day, but all the others were very nice with me.

The hotel is located right in front of the city's main intercity bus station, which makes it a perfect location for those looking to travel around. the establishment is very close to the Bus Station, allowing guests to easily access various attractions in the city. the rooms and bathrooms are clean and well maintained, and the breakfast selection is excellent, with a wide variety of options to cater to different tastes.

The wifi signal can be weak at times, which can be a problem who rely heavily on internet access.

The hotel is in front of the city's bus station. The room was decorated with simple and old furniture, but it was quite confortable especially during a sojourn.

The hotel wasn´t aware of my reservation until I phoned to confirm it, although I had already received the confirmation from Booked.net. The breakfast wasn´t satisfactory.

The room was very clean and new. The convenient location, walking distance to the subway station, made it easy to explore the city. The concierge service provided helpful tips and spoke English well. The hotel also had accessible rails in the bathroom for elderly guests.

Some of the rooms didn't have wifi which was really frustrating. The area surrounding the hotel was a bit sketchy, and I didn't feel safe walking around alone.

We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't be better, right in front of the main intercity bus station. It made it so convenient for us to catch our onward bus to Uruguay. We felt safe and secure throughout our stay here.
